I must admit, I did not know Unknown Hinson until today, and now I believe we all should get to know him better. This undead country & western legend has chosen Dave's Darkhorse as the start of a new string of tour dates and he will be here with his band on Thursday, Nov. 19.

hinson is actually less of a zombie than every corporate country artist you hear today... that makes me wonder... are today's country artists the real zombies, recording the same music over and over and over... don't miss this show... i guess you gotta be undead to make real country music!!!
Unknown Hinson slays the packed house at Dave's

Probably the best guitar I have seen come to Starkville, undead or otherwise.

We were shoulder to shoulder around the area of Dave's that passes for a stage, eyes glued to the fingers of Unknown Hinson as they danced over the fretboard of his black and white Rickenbacker. Looking like a cross between Pauly Walnuts and Grandpa Munster, and he played the best Jimi Hendrix licks I have ever heard.

Do NOT ever miss a chance to see Unknown in the future.
